Hot Stone: Heated stones to relax tight muscles
Reflexology: pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears to promote relaxation and improve overall health.
Aroma Therapy: 100% pure essential oils from plants to improve physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
AssistedStretching: Passively guided stretches to improve flexibility, range of motion, and reduce tension.
Trigger Point Therapy: Targets tight, sensitive spots in muscles, which can refer pain to other areas of the body. Pressure applied to these points, alleviates pain in both the localized area and in distant regions, because muscles and nerves are interconnected, and dysfunction in one area can cause discomfort or pain to radiate elsewhere.

Thai/Shiatsu: Prior to starting your massage, enjoy a personally crafted fusion of stretches made up of Thai and Shiatsu modalities. This is done on a mat on the floor in comfortable clothing.
